Terms and Conditions for Router Installment Plan


  1. Eligibility: This offer is available to all customers purchasing the specified router.

  2. Installment Plan:

    • The total cost will be divided into six equal monthly installments.
    • The specific installment amount will vary based on the selected router deal.
  3. Payment Schedule:

    • The first installment is due at the time of purchase.
    • Subsequent installments are due on the same date each month for the next five months.
  4. Delivery:

    • The router will be delivered to the customer after the final installment has been successfully received.
  5. Free Internet Offer:

    • Upon completing the six-month payment plan, customers will receive a free one-month subscription to one of the following services: Fixed LTE from Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, or Fixed 5G from MTN.
    • Customers must specify their preferred provider upon completion of the final payment.
  6. Continuing Internet Service:

    • After the free one-month subscription, the customer will be charged for the internet package associated with the selected router deal.
    • The customer’s account will be debited for the package cost after the free month, unless a cancellation is received before the end of the free month.
  7. Payment Methods:

    • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
    • All payments must be made on or before the due date.
  8. Default on Payment:

    • If a customer fails to make any of the scheduled payments on time, the order will be canceled, and any payments made up to that point will be refunded minus a processing fee of R100.
    • The customer will be required to restart the installment plan if they still wish to purchase the router.
  9. Cancellation Policy:

    • The customer can cancel the purchase anytime before the final payment.
    • In case of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded minus a processing fee of R100.
    • For the internet service, the customer must cancel before the end of the free month to avoid being charged for the following month.
  10. Refunds:

    • No refunds will be processed after the router has been delivered.
  11. Customer Responsibility:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each installment payment.
    • The customer must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
  12. Amendments:

    • The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes will be communicated to the customer via email or the company’s website.
