Is fibre contended service?

Yes. During Network congestion the contention ratio is 1 : 10. This means that 10 business customers will be connecting over the same Network at the same time. This can affect top speeds being reached.

This will depend on the Fibre Network Operator (FNO). The FNO designs the package speeds and BitCo configures accordingly. Please speak to a sales consultant to confirm.

Yes. We can provide a temporary wireless microwave link as an interim solution. (Line of sight dependent). Fixed LTE is also an option should there be no line of site for the microwave link.

Broadband Fibre is a best-effort service; unfortunately, we can not guarantee operational uptime. There are optional support SLAs available on request.

1 Public IP is included. Please note that additional IP’s are available on request on the Dedicated Fibre service.
